Terms and Conditions

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Government Goods and Services Tax).

Tariffs are for use of ‘the house’ (not per person) and include linen for up to 6 people. Please advise us at the time of booking how many guests will be staying, to ensure our housekeeper caters for each guest arriving, with the correct quantity of towels, linen, etc.

Deposits and Full Payments:

To secure your booking: A deposit of 50% of the total amount due is to be paid after confirmation of the availability of your required dates. This can be done by direct debit into our nominated bank account.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise organised at time of initial booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

As this changes according to your selected method of payment, our Booking Terms and Conditions will be sent PRIOR to requesting you pay a deposit.

However, ANY cancellation made 14 days or less before check-in, will forfeit the total amount of booking unless we can successfully re-book your dates. If this occurs, we take a $100 cancellation fee, refunding the balance.

Minimum Night Bookings

2 night minimum bookings are always required — sorry, no single night rentals
4 night min. during school holidays and Easter
3 night minimum over public holiday long weekends
7 night minimum over Christmas peak **

** Christmas Peak period is from 19th December to 15th January

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in: 3.00pm (1500 Hours)
Check out: 11:00am (1100 Hours) *** Except Sundays on an "Extended Weekend Tariff" when a 4pm check-out is allowed.
(We will try to accommodate earlier check in and later check out times, but only by prior arrangement).

Smoking:

Sunset Waters is a smoke free home. Ashtrays are provided on the deck outside, for smokers to use there.

Pets:

Unfortunately at Sunset Waters we cannot accommodate pets.
